Information about vertical printing
As vertical printing is a relatively new service not only in the Lithuanian but also in the European market, and people who intend to use this service for the first time could have many questions, we decided to share the answers to the most frequently asked ones.
It all starts with you choosing a drawing, photo, logo or any other type of visual element in digital format. We, in turn, edit it in order to prepare it for printing. After combining all other nuances, a contract is signed and a preliminary invoice is issued, which amounts to 50% of the total project cost. After the received payment, we arrive at the agreed date and time at the specified address and perform the vertical printing works provided for in the contract. A final invoice is issued after the work is done.
Of course, we can help you to select a visual element from publicly available databases. We can also help mediate with graphic design experts if you want to have a unique project design.
Unfortunately, we cannot name a specific number, as the price depends on the location of the project, i.e., in which city the works are carried out, its scope and other factors. Often, even the smallest project can cost from 200 euros.
UV printing uses UV inks that hardens when exposed to ultraviolet light. We use Epson UV-based inks in our printers. As a result of ultraviolet printing technology, the ink dries immediately after the UV lamp passes through the image area. In other words, the ink dries completely during the printing process. The inks we use are certified by European laboratories and are completely safe and suitable for printing in all categories of premises.
The maximum height of the printed object can reach 4.5 meters, and the width is unlimited. In other words, we can print an unlimited width panoramic photo or any other visual element.
We can print any image, but for it to become part of the interior and match the original version, it must be prepared and converted to CMYK format. Of course, we will always take care of that.
Vertical printing is viable on wood, concrete, plaster, plastic, putty, brick, glass, metal or even ceramic.
Yes, it is possible. On glass with a ceramic hob scraper or razor blade. Otherwise, a print can always be painted over in two or three layers. Only on wood must be sanded or – as with metal or concrete – sandblasting or glass bead blasting.
